Applicability

• Glow Boutique Salon Gift Vouchers are valid for all services offered at the salon.

Presentation of Gift Vouchers

• To redeem, please present your Glow Boutique Salon Gift Voucher in-store.

Validity

• Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Extensions are not permitted.

Denominations

• Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of AED 100, AED 200, AED 300, AED 400, AED 500, and AED 1000.

Service Cost Exceeding Voucher Value

• If the service cost exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the voucher holder must pay the difference.

Unused Credit

• Any unused credit on a Gift Voucher must be redeemed within the 12-month validity period.

Residual Balance

• If the service cost is less than the value of the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher and can be used for future services during the validity period.

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable

• Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Single-Use Per Redemption

• Once the value of a Gift Voucher is redeemed, the same voucher cannot be used again.

Fraudulent Use

• Glow Boutique Salon reserves the right to cancel a Gift Voucher, refuse redemption, or cancel a service if fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal use of a voucher is suspected.

Purchasing Restrictions

• Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers or consolidate the balances of multiple vouchers onto a new one.

Branch Use Only

• Glow Boutique Salon Gift Vouchers are valid only at Glow Boutique Salon branches.

Expiry

• Once the redemption period has passed, unused balances on the Gift Voucher cannot be claimed or refunded.

Lost Vouchers

• Treat your Gift Voucher like cash. Lost vouchers will not be replaced, and unused funds on lost vouchers will be forfeited.
